Welcome to RoadRobin! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the RoadRobin application and associated services (the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

RoadRobin provides tools for road distress assessment based on uploaded images. Users can submit images of roadways, and the Service analyzes the images to detect potential distresses such as cracks, potholes, and surface irregularities, etc.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or have legal capacity in your jurisdiction.
  • Use the Service in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws.

3. User Responsibilities

  • Image Uploads: You are responsible for ensuring that all images you upload to the Service are accurate, lawful, and free of harmful content such as viruses or malware.
  • Data Ownership: You confirm that you own or have the necessary permissions to use and share any images or data submitted to the Service.
  • Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:
    • Use the Service for unlawful purposes.
    • Upload any content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
    • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service or its underlying software, algorithms, or any data obtained through the Service.
    • Exploit the Service or its data for commercial purposes without prior written consent from RoadRobin.

4. License to Use

By uploading images or other data to the Service, you grant RoadRobin a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, process, and analyze the data for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your data and will not share it with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Accuracy of Results

The Service provides automated assessments of road conditions based on submitted images. While we strive for accuracy, results may not be 100% reliable or free of errors. You acknowledge that:

  • The Service is for informational purposes and should not replace professional evaluations.
  • RoadRobin is not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on the results provided by the Service.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in the Service, including but not limited to software, algorithms, and design elements, are owned by RoadRobin or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service.
